Specialist Literacy Support

Within my literacy sessions, I offer personalised, mulitsensory learning via engaging, interactive activities. Lessons provide structured learning opportunities, helping pupils to improve upon their processing of information, retention accuracy and recall speed. The cumulative nature of the lessons build upon previous learning and knowledge, whilst supporting new learning, understanding and mastery. This in turn develops confidence and motivation and creates strong foundations for future success.

Lessons focus on the follow: phonics, word skills and rules, spelling strategies, reading comprehension, structured writing, listening and visual skills and memory skills.
