These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the tutoring services provided    by The Nurture Pod (“Tutor,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By enrolling in our tutoring services,  

        the student and/or parent/guardian (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following: 

●  We provide in-person academic tutoring in literacy, maths and The Thrive Approach. 

●  Sessions will take place at either a school or agreed suitable establishment.

●  Tutoring is designed to support learning and build confidence; however, specific results 

   (such as particular grades, exam outcomes, or school admissions) cannot be guaranteed. 

●  School payments are due within 10 days of an invoice being issued.

●  Payments by parents must be made upfront, either: 

     ○ For a term or half a term, payable at the start of the term.  

●  Payments are non-transferable and must be completed before the first session 

    of the relevant period. 

●  Accepted payment methods: bank transfer. 

●  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 

    at the full session rate. 

●  Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge, unless 

    the session is rescheduled within the same half-term or term (subject to availability). 

●  Rescheduled sessions must be agreed in advance and cannot be carried over 

     beyond the paid half-term or term. 

●  Ensure the student attends school on the day of the scheduled tutoring session. 

●  Ensure the student is aware of their tutoring schedule and reports to the 

    agreed location on time. 

●  Parents/guardians remain responsible for wider attendance and punctuality at school. 

●  Any concerns about attendance or punctuality should be communicated promptly 

    to The Nurture Pod.

●  Deliver tutoring sessions in a professional manner and to the best of our ability. 

●  Provide appropriate learning materials and resources. 

●  Maintain confidentiality of student information. 

●  Liaise with school staff, where necessary, to support the smooth running of sessions.

●  The Nurture Pod will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses  

    or damages arising from tutoring sessions. 

●  While every effort is made to support learning, we cannot 

    guarantee specific academic results. 

●  Personal information provided will be used solely for scheduling, assessments, 

    communication, and payment purposes. 

●  We will not share client information with third parties without consent, 

    unless required by law. 

●  We comply with applicable UK data protection laws. 

●  Clients must inform us of any medical, learning, or behavioural needs    

    that may affect tutoring. 

●  We reserve the right to end a session if safety or wellbeing is at risk. 

●  These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

●  Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts     

    of England and Wales. 

        By booking and paying for tutoring services with The Nurture Pod, you confirm     

            that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
